Collin joined Fairmont as an Analyst in 2019. Prior to Fairmont, he was an operations analyst within the Global Markets business of Credit Suisse AG. In this role, Collin focused on process re-engineering and automation across the Client Lifecycle Management group as well as the strategic implementation of internal and external technology solutions. He also implemented controls regimes across Global Markets’ three European entities as well as established strategic plans and tactical processes to move client accounts out of the UK as part of the Bank’s response to Brexit. Previously, Collin interned with Alpha Theory, a financial technology startup that developed statistical portfolio management software for hedge funds, where he created and analyzed sales metric reports and developed a systematic targeted sales approach to focus on specific high-probability funds and people.
Collin graduated from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School with concentrations in finance and consulting as well as a minor in public policy. During his time at KFBS, he was selected for its premier international business program to study in Copenhagen and Hong Kong as part of a tri-continental cohort of students from each of the universities. Between classes at UNC and abroad, his curriculum focused predominantly on international corporate strategy, private equity strategy and deal structure, and mergers and acquisitions
