Steven joined Fairmont as an Analyst in 2021. Previously, Steven was in the Finance Leadership Development Program at Raytheon Technologies. In this program, he served as a Financial Analyst for Raytheon’s Intelligence and Space (RI&S) business unit, where he performed analysis on proposed cost and revenue synergies following the completion of the Raytheon-United Technologies merger. Steven also worked with the RI&S Bookings Lead to fulfill all financial reporting requirements for newly awarded contracts. While in the Leadership Development Program, Steven also had a role at Raytheon Intelligence, Information and Services where he was a Financial Analyst on the ATNAVICS program. In this role he worked directly with the DoD customer to meet monthly reporting requirements, obtain additional contractual funding and close-out completed contracts. Steven also worked with internal cross-functional teams to assess program performance through quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC) reviews.
Steven graduated from Colby College in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Policy and Economics with a Financial-Markets Concentration. His coursework was heavily focused on the intersection of economics, sustainability and society. Steven was also selected as a Ralph J. Bunche scholar and a member of the Men’s Basketball team. He has received certifications in Six Sigma and Earned Value Management.
