Erin Parker
Erin joined Fairmont as a Senior Analyst in 2020. Prior to joining the firm, Erin was a Market and Business Analyst at the MITRE Corporation where she conducted market research and competitive landscape assessments in support of the organization’s growth strategy. Previously, she was a Strategic Planner at Northrop Grumman where she performed market, competitor, and budget analysis for a variety of federal, state & local, and international markets. Her responsibilities included managing the division’s Long Range Strategic Plan for the military health domain and creating a quarterly competitor analysis report. Through these roles, she gained extensive knowledge of the federal information technology and professional services industry.
Prior to becoming a Strategic Planner, Erin was as Business Management Analyst in Northrop Grumman’s Professional Development Program (PDP), a rotational program for recent college graduates to gain experience in multiple functional areas within business management. While in the program, Erin held procurement and financial analyst roles in Global Supply Chain and the Controller’s Office.
Erin received a Master of Arts in International Commerce and Policy from George Mason University in 2018. Her coursework involved economics, international business strategy, global trade policy, and U.S. export control regulations (ITAR, EAR). She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a double minor in General Business and Computer Technology & Applications from the University of Alabama.
Phil Koch
Phil joined Fairmont as an Analyst in the Boston Office in 2021. Before joining Fairmont, Phil worked for Pratt & Whitney as an Analyst within the Commercial Engines Development Program. During his time with the program, Phil served as an Analyst with Pratt & Whitney Engine Leasing division where he developed a strategic analysis of Pratt & Whitney V2500 lease engine fleet in order to balance customer demands with short term EBIT goals. Phil also worked with the Contract Cost Modeling & Analytics group where he identified several large overhaul shop visit cost reduction opportunities and developed data visualization tools to ensure accurate real-time cost management for the team.
Phil graduated Magna Cum Laude from Ohio State University where he earned a B.S.B.A in International Business and a minor in Aviation. During his education, Phil interned as a Global Markets Analyst with the National Bank of Abu Dhabi in Mumbai and completed a semester long exchange in Santiago, Chile where he studied corporate strategy development in Latin America. Phil is also an avid pilot and holds a Private Pilot Certificate & Instrument Rating from the Federal Aviation Administration.
Jack McInnis
Jack McInnis joined Fairmont’s Boston office as an Analyst in 2021. Prior to joining the firm, Jack was an engineer with Raytheon Missiles & Defense, where Jack was responsible for designing, validating, and incorporating solutions on the AN/TPY-2 radar for the Missile Defense Agency. While at Raytheon, he received numerous achievement awards for his contributions toward multiple FMS programs and completed his Six Sigma certification. He previously held a Secret clearance. Prior to Raytheon, Jack worked as a research assistant in the Trinity College Engineering Department. He presented his work on nitromethane ignition times at the 35th Northeast Regional Meeting on Kinetics and Dynamics.
Jack graduated Summa Cum Laude with honors from Trinity College in 2019 with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. He was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa and named a Dean’s Scholar. He was awarded the Senior Research Prize for Engineering and also received Second Prize for the Phi Gamma Delta Prize in Mathematics.
Jacob Johansen
Jacob joined Fairmont as an Analyst in 2021, after having interned with the firm in the prior summer. Before joining Fairmont, Jacob interned at Collins Aerospace within the Missile and Systems team. While at Collins, Jacob conducted competitive intelligence to formulate Price-to-Win options and served as Pursuit Manager for a defense contract proposal including strategic development, proposal management, and overall business development operations.
Jacob graduated in 2021 on the Dean’s List from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Policy Analysis & Management. While attending Cornell, Jacob served as President for the Cornell Global Economics & Finance Society, as well as Business Development Team Lead for the Hyperloop Cornell Engineering Project Team.
Tanvi Sawant
Tanvi joined Fairmont as an Analyst in 2021. Tanvi comes to Fairmont after completing the three-year Edison Engineering Development Program at GE Aviation. For the past two years, Tanvi was the owner of the Gas Generator Turbine thermal system model on the T901 program. In this role, Tanvi successfully held internal and external critical design reviews through multiple engine design iterations, regularly collaborating with the US Army to make design decisions and meet Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) program deliverables. She also completed a rotation in T901 Engine Performance, where she led a cross-functional team to quantify Measurement Uncertainty in the engine testing process for the Qualification phase of the T901 program. Prior to that, Tanvi worked for a year in the Aerothermal Technology Lab, advancing state-of-the-art turbine cooling technologies and thermal measurement techniques.
Tanvi holds a Master’s in Aerospace Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, as well as a Bachelor’s in Aerospace Engineering from Purdue University with a minor in Economics. During her undergraduate experience, she also completed Purdue’s co-op program with 5 co-op rotations at GE Aviation and graduated Cum Laude. Tanvi has also received Green Belt certification in Six Sigma and holds her Private Pilot’s License.
Macy Blyskal
Macy joined Fairmont as an Analyst in 2023 after interning with the firm the previous summer. Before
joining Fairmont, Macy was a summer analyst on the Aerospace & Defense team of Springhill Consulting
Group. She has also interned at Setna iO, a commercial aircraft aftermarket parts supplier. In this role,
Macy estimated the ROI of retired aircraft part-outs and coordinated international shipping and
maintenance. Macy has been published for her work aiding in the development of a catalyst
streamlining propane to propylene dehydrogenation at Northwestern University’s McCormick College of
Engineering.
Macy graduated early with Honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign Grainger College
of Engineering with a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering. As a student, Macy participated in
Army ROTC and Illini Air Shuttle where she led a team to develop a use case and subscale model of an
eVTOL air shuttle between Champaign and Chicago. While at the University of Illinois, Macy led her
team to a second place finish in the 2021 AIAA Undergraduate Design Competition.
