From June 2012 to May 2013, Dylan supported the Naval and Area Mission Defense product-line at Raytheon where he was responsible for weapon system maintenance, repair, and overhaul contracts. He also worked closely with the U.S. Navy to integrate and qualify weapon systems on board both hull variants of the Littoral Combat Ship platform. From June 2013 to June 2014, Dylan continued to support the U.S. Navy by working on the DDG1000 Zumwalt-class Destroyer and CVN78 Ford-class Carrier Programs, both first-in-class ships. In this role, he supported DDG1000 hardware and software development and led negotiations for integration and testing of Dual Band Radar on board the Carrier platform. Dylan continuously advised internal cross-functional program teams and aligned diverse external stakeholder communities to achieve negotiated agreements.

Prior to joining Raytheon’s Leadership Development Program, Dylan served in a district office for the U.S. House of Representatives and worked in the financial services industry with Bank Of America Merrill Lynch. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Indiana University, double majoring in Economics and Public Policy, and minoring in Political Science.
