Matthew Leblanc
Matthew joined Fairmont’s Washington office as an Analyst in 2024. Prior to joining Fairmont, Matthew was an intern at aerospace and defense-focused private equity firm AE Industrial Partners in the summer of 2023. He supported the deal team and operating partners in their oversight of the firm’s investments. Matthew also interned with Western Alliance Bank in the summer of 2022, working in the equipment finance division.
Matthew Graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2024 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, and an inter-school minor with the Wharton School of Business in Consumer Psychology. He was a member of Penn’s varsity swim team, achieved NCAA Academic All-American status in 2023, and competed on the Ivy League Championship team.
