Jeff Trivella

Jeff Trivella is a Manager at Fairmont, specializing in the firm’s defense and government services practice areas. Jeff has led and supported many strategy engagements and M&A transactions in the naval sector.

Prior to joining Fairmont, Jeff worked at Textron Inc. across several finance, corporate development, and strategy business areas. These included serving on Textron’s internal Investor Relations and Mergers and Acquisitions teams. Jeff also completed the Finance Leadership Development Program at Textron.

Jeff graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College with a Bachelor of Science in Management and Finance, as well as a minor in History.

Allie Jhant

Allie Jhant is a Senior Associate at Fairmont, specializing in the commercial aviation and defense practice areas. Since joining Fairmont in 2019, Allie has contributed to over 75 engagements across the aerospace, defense, and government services sectors.

Since beginning her Fairmont career as an analyst, Allie has played a pivotal role in buy-side and sell-side diligence processes, as well as supported strategy projects for clients across the Aerospace & Defense market. Her specific expertise spans commercial and military aviation, with a specialization in rotorcraft. Additionally, she has extensive experience in the defense electronics market.

Prior to joining Fairmont, Allie participated in Textron, Inc.’s Leadership Development Program, gaining valuable experience in finance and the broader Aerospace & Defense industry. At Textron, she served in Textron’s Corporate Treasury Department, where she performed data analysis on the preservation of capital and liquidity to influence short and long-term debt issuances. Additionally, she served in a programs finance role at Bell Flight, supporting next-generation vertical lift platforms such as the V-280.

Allie graduated with Honors from Clemson University in 2017, earning a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Financial Management. Her coursework emphasized econometrics, game theory, and public policy. Allie’s degree also included international business coursework at Oxford University in the United Kingdom.

Reid Koester

Reid Koester

Reid Koester joined Fairmont in 2023 after spending eight years at Deloitte Consulting. During his tenure at Deloitte, Reid primarily supported NASA in its strategic planning and performance management efforts and building Deloitte’s presence at NASA and for the space industry. He worked previously as a buy-side equities analyst at Marsico Capital Management, covering international companies in various sectors including airlines, aerospace, and the defense industries. His career in investment management began at Franklin Templeton as a research associate for the high yield bond group. He now brings his experience as an investor and management consultant for the aerospace markets to Fairmont’s clients, where he has supported engagements primarily in the space, government services, and aviation defense markets. Reid is located in the DC office.

Reid earned a Masters degree in international relations from The Fletcher School at Tufts University. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in economics from Carleton College.

Phil Koch

Phil joined Fairmont as an Analyst in the Boston Office in 2021. He focuses primarily on engagements across the commercial, military, and general aviation sectors, specifically within the aftermarket services landscape. Phil has supported over two dozen aerospace engagements during his time at Fairmont; he offers clients deep expertise in engine and airframe supply chains. Phil regularly develops detailed bottoms-up market and revenue models to help contextualize various aspects of the aerospace aftermarket and illustrate potential opportunities for share gain.

Before joining Fairmont, Phil served as an Analyst with Pratt & Whitney’s Engine Leasing division where he developed a strategic analysis of the company’s $300M V2500 lease engine fleet in order to balance customer demands and EBIT goals. Phil also worked with the Contract Cost Modeling & Analytics group where he identified several large ($40M+) overhaul shop visit cost reduction opportunities within the High Pressure Turbine module. These experiences provided Phil with a highly detailed knowledge of the turbine engine aftermarket landscape, OEM preferences, and the aircraft leasing environment.

Phil graduated Magna Cum Laude from Ohio State University where he earned a B.S.B.A. in International Business and a minor in Aviation. During his education, Phil interned as a Global Markets Analyst with the National Bank of Abu Dhabi in Mumbai and completed a semester long exchange in Santiago, Chile where he studied corporate strategy development in Latin America. Phil is an avid pilot and holds a Private Pilot Certificate & Instrument Rating from the Federal Aviation Administration.

Jack McInnis

Jack McInnis joined Fairmont as an Analyst in the Boston Office in 2021. He primarily focuses on engagements in the national security and government services sectors, specifically within the defense electronics, missiles, and naval verticals. Jack has supported over 50 defense and aerospace engagements during his time at Fairmont; he offers clients deep insights into numerous defense budget dynamics and evolving market trends. Jack leads the development of detailed market and revenue models for the firm, helping clients better understand companies’ competitive positionings and opportunities for potential market share gain.
 
Prior to joining the firm, Jack was employed as an engineer at Raytheon Missiles & Defense, where he was responsible for improving the maintainability and reliability of the AN/TPY-2 radar for the Missile Defense Agency and foreign customers. While at Raytheon, he received numerous achievement awards for his contributions toward multiple international programs and completed his Six Sigma certification while holding a Secret clearance.
 
Jack graduated Summa Cum Laude with honors from Trinity College in 2019 with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. He was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa and was awarded the Senior Research Prize for Engineering and the Second Prize for the Phi Gamma Delta Award in Mathematics.
